Doon Zoom 2023 ( Our Annual Winter Carnival)

The Annual Winter Carnival 2022 at Doon Public School, coined as Doon Zoom 2023, was a day brimming with exuberance, camaraderie, and a deep sense of community unity. This eagerly anticipated event offered a

diverse range of activities, games, and entertainment, creating a vibrant tapestry of experiences for students, families, and the wider community to savour. The carnival sought to encapsulate the school's core values

of fostering an inclusive and lively community, while concurrently raising funds to support underprivileged children.

From an array of thrilling rides to delectable food stalls serving an eclectic mix of cuisines, the day was filled with delightful experiences for attendees of all ages. Engaging games, enthralling performances

showcasing the remarkable talents of our students, and the chance to explore the creative prowess and entrepreneurial spirit of our young minds at student-operated stalls added to the festive atmosphere. Every

participant found something to revel in, whether it was the inspiring arts and crafts or the captivating live musical acts.

The Winter Carnival also served as a platform for immersive learning, with students assuming varied responsibilities, collaborating with their peers, and honing their leadership and organisational skills through active

involvement in the planning and execution of the carnival.

Moreover, the carnival played a significant role in instilling a sense of social responsibility and empathy in our students. Through an array of fundraising activities and charitable initiatives, the Winter Carnival

remained steadfast in its commitment to supporting underprivileged children, fostering a culture of compassion, and making positive contributions beyond the school community.

The triumph of our Winter Carnival was not only attributed to the enthusiastic participation of our students and staff but also to the wholehearted support and engagement of our parents, alumni, and the wider

community. The collective effort and involvement of the Doon Public School community were integral to the resounding success of the carnival.
